On Friday, April 29th, NY’s own Dena Brody, creator of Piping Hot Cookies!, taught fellow Organics how to try their skills at cookie design! The workshop included a great overview of decoration techniques using royal icing, decorated cookie examples, and a live demonstration of how to create their own “martini glass” cookies. All participants walked away with their own decorated cookies!
