A link to this image showed up in my Twitter feed recently, and I thought it was a brilliant touch by Gmail. Most of us at one time or another have fired off an email, only to have to follow up 5 minutes later with the shamefaced addendum “Oh, sorry, here’s the attachment.”
But upon reflection, I think Google needs to go farther with this concept. Surely with its awesome server farm crunching our data and analyzing our behaviors, Gmail could offer more pertinent and helpful warnings. I include a few obvious ones (NONE of which, I assure you, I would require).
What kind of warning message would you like to see?
