Web 2.0 … The Machine is Us/ing Us

Here’s a wonderfully elegant story told by Michael Wesch, Assistant Professor of Cultural Anthropology at Kansas State University.  Its the story of our online lives and how it has evolved to embrace community and collaboration.

Thanks to Patrick Dunphy for sharing with us.

Woah! This is brilliant. It takes some watching and re-watching but it’s a wonderfully insightful narrative of what we are living through. Thanks Patrick.

Well done – great way to illustrate Web 2.0. This will be eye-opening to the people who’ve heard the term, but haven’t quite grasped what it’s all about.

  • Linden Huckle says:

An excellent video. Showing the power of communication online. What will this video look like if it was to be revised in, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 years! Mind boggling!
