Here, the Diageo spirit starts with the gag of the laughably bad Halloween costume, then offers the online solution- order your costume direct from the Captain. Like many ads for alcohol, it’s aimed squarely at the lad set. Sample costume: a gondolier with dark glasses="Venetian blind". Groan.
