Favourite Website Awards (FWA) was founded in May 200o "to recognise the latest and best cutting edge website designs".  Given the incredible volume of submissions and awardees over the last six years, the site represents a curated history of the Web.

With this in mind, the FWA, in conjunction with Adobe, are using their archives to determine the 10 most influential flash sites on the last 10 years.  FWA will conduct a two-day poll for each year since 1998.  Voting starts today at 5pm PST. It will be interesting to see what sites comes out on top.
