My Collection at the Tate Britain

Tatebritain
The Tate Britain displays British art from 1500 to today.

In an attempt to make British art accessible to the masses, the Tate Britain has devised a new way of looking at the displays with a range of themed  ‘Collections.’

The twist is that you get to create your own collection. As the curator of your own show, you choose the title, six works of art (from the Tate) and create the story that links your choices.

Once you have completed your collection, you can print it out, send to a friend or hang it up on your fridge.

My personal favorites are: "The Happily Depressed Collection" and the "I’m in a Hurry Collection."

I will leave it to Amanda Van Nuys to create the "Organic Collection" (thanks Russell Davies)
