fboweb.com is a site that will allow you to track a flight real-time.  They've mashed it with Google earth so you can view a flights progress real-time in Google earth.  If you tilt the horizon you can see the planes altitude.  Click on the plane for current heading, altitude, and speed.  It will also show active flights around the one you're tracking.

Click on the Google Earth link.  (Seems to work better in Firefox.)
