Further to a earlier post, earlier in the summer I spent a couple of weeks at the Miami Ad School as Teacher in Residence. I asked a first year group of students to think about America’s brand challeges and come up with some tactical ideas to improve perceptions of the country. Interestingly, most of the teams concluded that the job needed to start at home, inside America.
